The Financial Leadership Lab is a 12-month, conversation-based experience designed for business owners who are making progress, but want to feel calmer and more confident when making financial decisions.

How the Lab is Structured
The first few months include more teaching to create shared language and clean foundations. You’ll make small, practical adjustments that make your financials easier to understand and more useful.
From there, the Lab becomes increasingly application-focused. Sessions center on real numbers, real questions, and real leadership decisions — supported through live teaching, open Q&A, and guided reviews.
Each month stands on its own while still building confidence over time. There’s no pressure to keep up or get it “right.”

Meet Jenn…
Jenn Baas helps business owners make clear, grounded decisions by turning financial information into insight they can actually use.
She founded Peak to Peak Solutions to deliver a different kind of financial support. One that fills the gap between bookkeepers and CPAs with a hands-on, understanding approach. Jenn believes business is intensely personal, and that financial leadership should feel supportive, clear, and free of judgment.
That philosophy is grounded in more than 15 years of experience supporting small and mid-sized businesses. Jenn has worked alongside owners at every stage of growth, from part-time solopreneurs to companies with multi-million-dollar toplines and across a wide range of industries including construction, interior design, marketing, consulting, franchises, and more.
She has extensive experience in the real estate investment space across a wide variety of strategies and asset classes, and understands the complexity of multi-entity businesses.

For a long time, I thought I was bad with numbers — not because I couldn’t understand them, but because they felt boring, heavy, and emotionally loaded. It was easier to hand them off than to stay involved.
That changed when I realized I had been outsourcing my sense of safety to people and systems I didn’t fully understand.
